South Africa

Although Dale Steyn makes himself available for shorter formats after announcing his retirement from Test cricket but selectors didn’t look at Dale Steyn even though they missed out Chris Morris as well who made hismself unavailable for the team selection.

Faf Du Plessis also missed out from T20I squad with Quinton De Kock named as skipper of the team, the numbers of players missing out from squad still couldn’t make a place for Dale Steyn as they named 3 uncapped player in the squad.

Dale Steyn ruled out of the World Cup after being injuried in the mega event, wasn’t able to play any game in the format and forced to leave the field after being injuried but after all that he has managed to get himself on furious track but selectors take him away from the squad as they want to look at young blood as World Cup 2020 is coming its way in a year.

After Dale Steyn’s omission, he couldn’t just control himself from showing his disappointment for the selectors who didn’t pick him even after being himself available for selection in shorter formats.

Keeping eye on all that Dale Steyn decided to quit the Test cricket so that he could make the most of his stamina in shorter formats as he has been facing injuries problems since 4 years now, but his omission makes him go harsh on the selectors as he tweeted:

What does it mean that he made himself available for selection but he didn’t get a call for squad, on results he lashes out at them.
