Dale Steyn announced his retirement from test cricket, he played his last Test match against Pakistan after making come back but got injured very soon in the series.
After all wonderful years with red ball, Dale Steyn says goodbye to test cricket that he loves most.
“I retires from the game that I love the most, test cricket is the best version of the game.” he says.
After calling it a day, Dale styen shows desire to play shorter formats of the game for more time.
“I am retiring from the game that I love the most but it is terrifying that i won’t continue to play test matches, but will play ODIs and T20Is so that I can make the most of my potential.”
Dale Steyn remained the No.1 Test bowler for many years until the injury ruined his career at the end of his career, last few years were really disappointing for him as injuries were the biggest part of his bowling career in late.
He levelled also levelled the record of Muhammad Asif who took 100 test wickets in just 10 test matches. His test career was absolute phenomenal as someone could just desire to have.
