BCCI makes it clear that Prithvi Shaw will have to serve 8-month ban after being failed in doping test.
His suspension already had started from March 8, that will end on November 8 as per rule of BCCI.
BCCI makes it clear that any body who proves to be involved in such activities will be punished as per rule, the maximum punishment will be 6 months ban and it could be extended as well.
Before him Yasir Shah also served such ban but it was shortened by ICC as he (Yasir) himself admitted that.
Ahmed Shahzad also served such punishment of 6 months by PCB earlier in 2018 which ended in the end of the year.
Some others were also involved in such activities, as per rule if boards of players itself punish players it will be much easier as it ban could be 6 to 8 months, but if ICC enters, it may punish for 2.50 years too.
