PCB denied to give NOCs to the Pakistan Players

PCB denied to give NOCs to National players who can represent the Pakistan in the future or playing for the Pakistan and involved in the domestic circuit.
Earlier Pakistan players requested PCB to issue NOCs so that they can play in Afghan Premier League APL.
Kamran Akmal, Iftikhar Ahmad and Sohail Tanvir will not be available for the league as well as Fahim Ashraf, Muhammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz owing to their national duties after making the place in the team for the tour against Australia in UAE where this league will be started on the 5th of October.
Shahid Afridi will be only Pakistani player who is going to play in this league, all of others will not participate in the league, PCB has no any interest to issue NOCs to Pakistani players.
Pakistan has too busy schedule that even a domestic players will not have any time to play in the league so there will not be any objections from the players to take any action upon it and will not be allowed to show some eager.
Earlier PCB also had decided that Pakistan players only can participate in two league including PSL, some of the players will be harsh on it but in the end they can’t do any thing on it because once a board take any action it won’t be changed unless a player make announcement of retirement, retired players will be illegible to play any league.
The players who are playing in the domestic also can’t be allowed to go for other leagues except two, but the players who have been retired will be allowed to play their desire leagues even a player who is playing for the club can’t be given NOCs.
Shahid Afridi who has been retired will play some leagues this year including APL, UAE league, BPL and PSL.
